All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. phpone1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds deposited from accounts not belonging to the registered player will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
phpone1 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Such fees are solely your responsibility.

You may request the closure of your phpone1 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, phpone1 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, to forfeit such balance and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, phpone1's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external proceedings are initiated.
